The dishes of traditional Como cuisine or COMASCA, from the lake comes misultitt ( agoni fished, sun-dried, and pressed with salt in so-called wooden missolte), bleak, whitefish, perch (often served with risotto), salmon trout, pike, and chub.
But the dish not to be missed is definitely CASOEULA. And ofcourse in desserts: Cutizza and Miascia. Cheeses: Semuda and Zola of Sheep.
